Location was very good. We enjoyed staying on the beach.

Hotel was old and didn't provide basic equipment such as hair dryer and kettle for tea etc. It was quite expensive but didn't match with service.

Nice place. Hotel staff good level. I can recommend.

Bar at the beach really nice, staff very kind and helpful, beach is nice, rooms are clean and good size.

Hotel and facilities are old but in good conditions, a "refurbishment" of some areas would be good but it is also nice this "vintage" environment

Beach , food and all staff including management are keen to ensure everything is in good order

Breakfast was very good, although you have to walk to the hotel next door to have breakfast “Bellevue Hotel”. Quality of the breakfast was excellent. Beach was great.

Everything else, except beach and breakfast. Bed has dried blood on it when we checked in!! They stated that the sheets only get changed once every two days!! They were. It apologetic at all when we mentioned the fried blood on the sheets and dirty pillow cases. They did change them though, but made us feel like we were guilty somehow and inconviniencing them. We booked two rooms and they said they were fully booked and gave us the rooms on opposite sides of the property (we are a family). Front desk staff ladies never smiled once and ignored my requests for explanation of lack of rooms despite paid reservation. They have us better rooms next day. Bathroom had spiders and looked “just my perception” that it was not cleaned at all for a while. Great beach though and great breakfast.

The way of showing prices is misleading Booking. Com should review the way of showing prices and why they write the Total of the price without adding taxes, while other hotels is not misleading as they added the taxes to the Total sum I urge you to investigate this issue Regards

Food sceen beach hospitality The control and direct supervision of the owners by themselves

_ first night they put me in a room very close to a building under construction. It was horrible noisy and the view I complained. They moved me second day. I was informed by the staff that the first room has a lower rate. But they did not pay me any difference

Location and the beach were great food in the restaurant was good with lots of variety

staff needs to be trained no mentions of activity or facilities in the hotel cleanliness and the beds were uncomfortable also found out that the price charged were 30 percent higher than what the hotel usually charges

Staff is rude. No parking available. No privacy in room, you live with your neighbour! May be not all rooms, but ours had an internal door between it and the next room! Crowded restaurant with waiting list.

- A wonderful and amazing private beach for the hotel. Not crowded. - Staff is really helpful and too friendly. No one asks for a tip, which is much appreciated. - They offered us a free dinner at the sea food restaurant on the Bea. That was a great experience and nice move. - Prompt response for any inquiry. - Very Clean. - Food is delicious, however the breakfast is a bit limited.

- Worst drawback is the difference in prices between what I paid through booking and the price they offer through their own office. I paid about 37% more than I should (taking into consideration taxes, meals and everything). When I told them so, they said that prices on booking are for foreigners not Egyptians. - No parking in the hotel, however there is parking area nearby for 50EGP/night. - I booked a side view room, but there was a building that being built and too much noise. Workers were almost at our balcony, so I had to upgrade to deluxe room to be in an acceptable situation. It was a very good room and there was a huge difference between this and the other room in furniture and everything. But again this meant higher cost. - There wasn't a mirror in the room except for a small one and that in the bathroom. - There wasn't neither WIFI nor mobile network inside the room. This was very bad. - There is an inside door to allow moving to the next room, for family accommodation. I was hearing my neighbors through that door and I hadn't anything to fix the situation.

Beach only ...very few good staff Hani beach coffee shop, Malak restaurant , Mohammed at the beach services ...and of course The Bell Vue' GM is trying his best efforts to hear guest feedback and solve complaints ...However, owners must spend a little on serious improvement in their business if they want to move from small family business to a competing hospitality business.

Quality of service is very poor at all levels
